● Any defects in materials used to manufacture your product
● Any defects in workmanship under normal use
● Any broken components under normal use

● The lifetime of the original owner.

● It does not cover any damage caused by the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.
● Corrosion caused by improper maintenance
● It does not cover any negligence by the owner
● It does not cover theft or loss of the product
● It does not cover any future owners. It will only be valid for the original registered owner.

This limited warranty covers only the original purchaser of the product. The limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent owners or purchasers of this product

The original purchaser must complete the Warranty Registration Card. It’s a condition of the warranty service that the product be returned to Njord Gear, shipping prepaid. In the event of a defect, malfunction or failure to conform with the written warranty, the warrantor will, at his discretion, either repair or replace the warranted product.

To obtain the benefit of this warranty, please send an email to info@njord.com, including your Name & Serial # of your Swivel Base

● Repair the item.
● Replace the item if it can’t be repaired within a reasonable amount of time.

● Refund the product price

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty. No employee, agent, dealer, or other person is authorized to alter this warranty or make any other warranty on behalf of Njord Gear.
